Alex Sandoval was my salesperson at Golf Cars of Dallas which is located in Plano. Alex was very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful with his guidance.
He was able to educate me on their wide array of both new and used golf carts. Alex was very nice and low key meaning there was no pressure and he was very patient with all my questions.
Very happy with my buying experience and would highly recommend!

Highly recommend Golf Cars of Dallas on the sale and service of my Denago Rover XL. Warranty battery replacement after 22 months and extensive use handled professionally by Garrett Hammond in the service department. Love my Denago.

When I purchased my golf cart the service was great. However, it hasn't been a year, the light went out on my Evolution Maverick golf cart - I called from the beginning that my light was having problems, it has been over 3 months and I still have not been able to get a new light for my cart. My husband calls every day to find out where our light is, considering our cart has warranty and his calls are ignored or he hasn't been able to get the problem resolved. If you want great customer service this is the place to go, but if you're looking for a reliable golf cart and dependable responsible care for your golf cart - that has warranty - Dallas golf carts is not the place to go to, save your money and move forward. Oh and according to them the Evolution has been discontinues and you can't get service or parts, but they're still selling them, so don't buy.

There’re a lot of options when it comes to what and where to buy a golf cart. Happened to stop by Golf Cars of Dallas on my way to an appointment. Met with the sales rep Alex Sandoval. He listened to my wants/needs and showed me some inventory. The carts I liked were unfortunately sold.
We exchanged numbers and agreed if something similar came up in the future to call me. I didn’t expect a text 2 hours later with the exact make/model/features we wanted. Alex was great—we went from a random showroom stop to riding around in our golf cart 72 hours. Highly recommend Alex and Golf Cars of Dallas.

I stopped by for a part that is difficult to find. They were quick and courteous and went the extra step to assist. They found the part and at a very fair price. Will go back when ready to upgrade my cart.

Installed some aftermarket parts on my Yamaha. They did a great job and their estimate was very similar to the actual cost. Will be using them in the future.
